Microsoft's development team is currently working on adding recommended security profiles for Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) later this month.
"Although we empower security administrators to customize their security settings, there are two security levels in Exchange Online Protection and Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection that we recommend: Standard and Strict," says Redmond on the Microsoft 365 roadmap entry.
