Microsoft is rolling out a preview of the multi-tabbed Windows Terminal v.0.3 console application with a long list of improvements and bug fixes, including the ability to drag title bar, custom tab titles and more.

Windows Terminal is an open-source terminal application that was announced by Microsoft at the Build developer conference in May 2019 and launched in June.
