Microsoft has started to roll out the new cumulative updates for Windows 10 version 1903, version 1809 and other supported versions. The July 2019 cumulative update includes minor fixes and improvements. The update has several known issues as well, including a bug that affects RASMAN in some setup of Windows 10 Enterprise and Windows Server 2016.

As always, you can open Settings via Start menu and navigate to Update & Security -> Windows Update and select Check for updates to install the latest patch.
