Been a busy week with a few decryptors released, lots of variants of existing ransomware released, and a few in-developments ones discovered.

The biggest news was the announcement that the UK has jailed one of the distributors of the Reveton ransomware. This ransomware was a plague in 2012 through 2015 where it would lock out users from their computer while pretending to be a notice from a government law enforcement agency.
