If you’re still running Windows 10 Anniversary Update (version 1607), you should be getting a new update from Microsoft. KB4346877 is aimed at devices running Windows 10 Anniversary Update and Windows Server 2016, bumps Windows 10's build number to version 14393.2396, and brings a fix for an issue in the .NET Framework.

It's worth noting that the latest cumulative update is only available for Windows 10 Enterprise and Windows 10 Education editions as the Anniversary Update (version 1607) reached end of service on April 10, 2018. In the KB4346877 support document, Microsoft recommends Windows 10 Home and Pro customers to update to the latest version of Windows 10 to continue receiving security patches.
