Microsoft last week released a new Windows 10 preview build for Insiders and it comes with a message within the Snipping Tool revealing that the app would go away soon. The notification shows up when users launch the app on Windows 10 build 17704 and includes a message from Microsoft asking or recommending users to switch to Screen Sketch app instead.
"Snipping Tool will be removed in a future update. Try improved features and snip like usual with Screen Sketch," the message reads. It appears that the company wants this to happen slowly.
