AT&T has won a court ruling that will allow it to buy Time Warner Inc., Bloomberg and other media outlets reported today.

We're still waiting to get a copy of the full ruling, but Bloomberg TV reported that US District Judge Richard Leon ruled entirely in AT&T's favor. The Department of Justice had sued AT&T to block the merger. The judge's ruling will reportedly let AT&T complete the purchase without spinning off any subsidiaries.
