When we hear terms like “user experience design” and “interaction design”, we tend to think of products with nice and sleek user interfaces, be they digital or physical. It seems like UX advocates (myself included) are always looking for the next big technology they can get their hands on to help bridge human and computer interaction. We tend to forget about what’s under the roof and what’s making all of this cool technology possible.
