Franca For The People; a movement coming out of Baltimore, MD. Led by Franca Muller Paz a local Educator for Baltimore City College and a Candidate for Baltimore City Council District 12. The day was met with bike riders ready to make way as the line of cars supporting the #FrancaForThePeople prepared to drive through District 12.
