Digital Extremes’ 2012 shooting game The Darkness 2 is free over at Humble Bundle for the next day or so. Mac and Windows PC owners can grab the game, for keeps, so long as they have an account with Humble Bundle.

The Darkness 2 comes from the developer that went on to make the admirable Warframe. Like that game, it features some low-level role-playing influences which allow the player to bolt on extra abilities. Core to the game is protagonist Jackie Estacado’s supernatural access to evil weapons, such as demon arms, that complement the gunplay, crushing goons along the way.
