The patch also fixes an issues with the game's lobby that caused the client to crash. >Players are being encouraged to download the patch right away. The massively popular shooter officially launched its 1.0 version on PC last month. It continues to be an unprecedented success, reaching 3 million concurrent players on Steam on December 30. The game's creator, Playerunknown aka Brendan Greene, has said he thinks the game could reach 100 million total players (not concurrent) to achieve League of Legends-like success.
