Tonight during The Game Awards 2017, Bluehole showed off the first gameplay trailer for PUBG's new desert map. You can check out the footage in the video embed above--and you'll be able to play it sooner than you might have expected.

The new map, Miramar, will launch on PC through the game's test servers at midnight Pacific tonight. It will be available on Xbox One in early 2018. Bluehole also confirmed today that the 1.0 version of PUBG will launch on December 20. As previously announced, the game comes to Xbox One through the Game Preview program on December 12.
