The first big announcement out of The Game Awards came right at the start of the pre-show, and it's World War Z, a zombie-survival game coming from Saber Interactive. 

Details aren't available yet, but it looks like a high-speed, high-volume zombie survival game of some sort, although taking on waves of zeds like that with anything less than an armored division seems like a bad idea. We'll see how that works out—For now, the big news is that the teaser confirms the game will be coming to Steam. We'll have more for you when it's available.
