Dell just announced that Black Friday is coming early for this company this year. For the next 24 hours only, Dell is discounting a wide range of products, from Alienware gaming PCs to monitors. Some of the deals are well discounted, including a 50-inch Vizio 4K E50x-E1 HDTV for $399.
