Guerrilla Games has deployed Horizon Forbidden West patch 1.08 for both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, packing additional visual and performance improvements in addition to numerous fixes and changes.

After last week’s 1.07 update for the latest Horizon installment, the development team has now released another patch that offers fixes for plenty of quests and world activities, as well as crash fixes and improvements to the game’s cinematics, shadows, and clouds. In addition, this new patch fixes multiple instances of streaming and visual popping and removes multiple unintentional loading screens and black screens within the game.
