Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.06 is currently being deployed for both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.

The update is being rolled out alongside scheduled server maintenance, with servers planned to be back up shortly (March 10, 2022, 07:00 - 09:00 UTC, March 9, 2022, 23:00 - 01:00 PST). No official release notes have been shared just yet, but we do know that this update weighs in at roughly 906MB, and it will likely include various bug fixes alongside additional optimizations.
