Death Stranding got a lot less mysterious after Kojima Productions shared two lengthy gameplay presentations of the game at Tokyo Game Show 2019 last month. However, there’s still plenty we don’t know about it.

For instance, in an event held this Friday at the Garage Museum of Modern Art in Moscow, Hideo Kojima revealed (as reported on Reddit) how there’s an NPC in Death Stranding that is at high risk of dying due to the player’s actions.
