The Outer Worlds, the upcoming sci-fi roleplaying game in development at Obsidian, was playable at the Tokyo Game Show 2019 ahead of the scheduled October 25th release date. A Japanese YouTuber was able to capture about twenty minutes of new gameplay during his hands-on; you can see the footage embedded below.

The Outer Worlds will release as an Epic Games store exclusive on PC, with Steam getting it about a year later.
