According to Eurogamer’s Digital Foundry, there’s something noticeably wrong with the Red Dead Redemption 2 HDR implementation on both Xbox One and PS4.

Following the game’s release last week, players have reported visual issues with the HDR option enabled. Numerous players appear to suffer from washed out and blurred graphics on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and according to Digital Foundry, the game currently doesn’t actually offer true High Dynamic Range as the output is said to be derived from the SDR image.
