Blizzard released its schedule for BlizzCon 2018, which apparently will lead with news about the future of the Diablo series.

After BlizzCon 2018’s opening ceremony, the first panel that Blizzard has planned on its main “Mythic” stage is titled “Diablo: What’s Next.” Typically, Blizzard follows up major announcements revealed during its BlizzCon keynote with a deeper look at whatever major game or expansion news it dropped earlier that day. World of Warcraft was the subject of the first What’s Next panel at BlizzCon 2017, following the announcements of World of Warcraft Classic and Battle for Azeroth, while Hearthstone took the same post-opening ceremony slot at BlizzCon 2016 with more details on the Mean Streets of Gadgetzan expansion.
