Activision has confirmed that the post-launch DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will be coming to PS4 first before also launching on Xbox One and PC. Activision first partnered up with PlayStation for 2015's Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, and the PS4 has received early access to DLC expansions on every Call of Duty game since.

For Black Ops 4, the PS4 is specifically receiving all playable post-launch content before Xbox One and PC. This includes all seasonal events, as well as new specialists and maps for multiplayer. The Nuketown multiplayer map will come to the PS4 version of Black Ops 4 in November, followed by new specialists in December. Regular map updates and expansions will come to Blackout on PS4 first too. The Xbox One and PC versions of the game will get this content too, but at a later date. Activision has not announced how much earlier the PS4 will get this content, but it's typically been a few weeks to a month in the past.
