Not counting Ninja Theory’s Dmc, the other entries in the Devil May Cry series haven’t received any major DLC expansion, and it seems like this could be the case for Devil May Cry 5 as well.
Speaking at Gamescom 2018 with Gamez.de, Devil May Cry 5 director Hideaki Itsuno revealed that there are currently no DLC plans for the game, as it is being developed as a complete single-player experience.
