Europe's annual gaming expo, Gamescom 2018, is just around the corner, and many developers and publishers have already begun teasing new announcements and trailers ahead of the big event. The latest comes from developer The Farm 51, which has shared the first gameplay footage of its upcoming PC-exclusive first-person shooter, World War 3.

The trailer, which you can watch above, provides a look at the large-scale firefights players will be able to jump into in the game's Warzone mode. Despite being taken from a pre-alpha build, the footage still looks impressive, showcasing players engaging in intense shootouts and piloting tanks through the ruins of a war-torn city.
