id Software’s 2016 reboot of Doom was amazing. Its only fault was that there wasn’t more of it. Instead of releasing new single-player content for the game, id Software focused on DLC for the multiplayer side of Doom, its much weaker component. That’s changing for id’s follow-up, Doom Eternal.

At QuakeCon today, I asked game director Marty Stratton if we can expect more campaign-focused DLC for the sequel (which doesn’t have an announced release date yet, so it’s admittedly a bit premature to ask).
