The Assassin's Creed universe has a penchant for male protagonists, but Assassin's Creed Odyssey is looking to break from tradition again. For the second time in one of the series' core titles, players will be able to play as a female character if they so please, Ubisoft revealed during its E3 press conference.
Unlike the forced switching of sibling protagonists Evie and Jacob Frye throughout the story of Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Assassin's Creed Oydssey will let you choose between one of its protagonists, Alexios or Kassandra, to play for the entirety of the game.
