Former San Francisco 49ers center Jeremy Newberry has sold his Brentwood mansion and cherry farm for $3.5 million, about $1.5 million under the original asking price of $4.98 million.

At the time Newberry put the property on the market in November much of California was in the most restrictive purple tier, and he told TMZ that he wanted to leave because he thought the state’s COVID-19 protocols were too strict.
