It's not the biggest announcement coming out of Apple's product launch event today, but it's still welcome for those who are on the precipice of springing for a new tablet: Apple has released a modest refresh of its entry-level iPad. This is a developing story. Today's Apple Event is still in progress. We will update this piece with information as it becomes available, but you can follow along with the announcements in real-time within our liveblog.
