SpaceX, which has requested the FCC to allow it to change several parameters of the constellation including satellite altitude, inclination and, earth station elevation angles is under sharp fire not only from Amazon but also from other companies. They have collectively raised concerns that the changes will cause significant interference with their networks and create safety risks.
