It’s been two weeks since Microsoft started to release Windows 10 October 2018 Update to the public, which was later on put to a pause due to a plethora of issues. The company has begun the re-release process with its Insider community.

Having released a Preview Build last week, Microsoft has just started to roll out Windows 10 October 2018 Update Build 17763.104 (KB4464455) to Windows Insiders in the Slow and Release Preview rings.
