After FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai blamed the prior administration yesterday, the Office of the Inspector General report has been released refuting many of Pai's claims.

The conclusion of the report is here: "The May 7-8, 2016 degradation of the FCC's ECFS was not, as reported to the public and to Congress, the result of a DDoS attack."
