This is the latest instalment of an exclusive feature analysing the UK’s biggest public sector tech deals. In partnership with data analysis firm Tussell, we drill down into the top ten most valuable tenders and awards from the previous week, and take stock of which tech firms have won the biggest share of the public sector pie.

The biggest tender of the week is the Northern Irish energy department’s open competition for a digital transformation programme. The department is searching for companies that can provide app development, technical delivery support, testing and a geographic information system. The competition as a whole is worth £150m and bidders have until 4 July to apply.
