After a successful pop-up run in honor of National Lumpia Day, the Lumpia Company will join the Local Kitchens micro food halls in Cupertino and Lafayette.

Five varieties of their Filipino spring rolls will be available for pickup and delivery seven days a week: Chicken Veggie Lumpia, made with ground chicken, cabbage, carrots, green beans and sprouts; Pork & Shrimp “Shanghai” Lumpia, made with ground pork, ground shrimp, water chestnuts, garlic and oyster sauce; the Bacon Cheeseburger Lumpia, filled with ground beef, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic and onions; and the classic Mama’s Veggie Lumpia, with cabbage, carrots, green beans and sprouts.
