SAN JOSE — A man who was shot Tuesday afternoon has since died, marking the city’s fourth homicide of the year, police said.

The shooting was reported at 4:30 p.m. from Rancho Drive, between Monterey Highway and Seven Trees Boulevard. According to San Jose police, responding officers found a seriously injured man who was rushed to a hospital.
