PALO ALTO — Police on Thursday arrested a student on suspicion of threatening to “shoot up” a Palo Alto High School classroom earlier this week.

Just before 9 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to the campus at 50 Embarcadero Road after a teacher discovered a threatening note taped to the front door of their classroom, according to the Palo Alto Police Department.
