REDWOOD CITY – The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday announced an arrest in the shooting death of a 26-year-old Menlo Park man a year and a half ago.

Deputies found Luis Alberto Diaz-Lopez’s body in a dirt parking lot on Highway 1 south of Tunitas Creek before 7 a.m. on Oct. 2, 2018. He had been robbed and shot multiple times.
