Today, Microsoft is rolling out Windows 10 Preview Build 17738.1000 (Redstone 5) to the Insiders in the Slow ring and it's the third RS5 build in the Slow ring. The company rolled out the same build to users enrolled in the Fast ring earlier this month and it comes with no new features.

Microsoft typically releases new builds for the Slow ring when these releases are stable enough and the majority of critical issues are fixed. There's a chance that Microsoft will also release an ISO image of this build for clean-install, but at this point, no specifics are available on whether new ISO images would be published or not.
